Massage Policy

Sacred Hands Massage welcomes you into an environment of relaxation and rejuvenation. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. If you arrive late, we will finish the treatment at the scheduled time, while the normal treatment fee will be unchanged.

Cancellation requires 24 hours' advance notice. A credit card is necessary to secure any appointment. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will be charged to your credit card at an amount equal to 100% of the service booked. No shows will also be charged 100% of the service booked. If you make your appointment on the same day as the appointment time or within 24 hours of the appointment time and you subsequently miss, cancel, or reschedule that appointment, you will be charged the full rate. This charge will be applied to the credit card you provided to hold your appointment when booking.
