2 cup Epsom Salt
1/2 cup Pink Himalayan Salt
Run bath water as hot as you can stand it.
Add Essential Oil (optional) of your choice after water is ran-and right before you
get in the tub.
Sit in it for 30-40 mins.
Rinse off with clean water & chill.
It takes about 20 mins for detox of the body-then the body is able to uptake the
salts. You get the benefit of muscle relaxation and mineral uptake.
It is absolutely delicious! Be sure to keep any sore body parts in the water longer.
For optimum results, do this 3-4 times a week!
